E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Hosting
The Hepsia Control Panel, that is provided with all our cloud hosting plans, will allow you to forward any email address inside the account to a second one without any difficulty. You can do this either throughout the creation of a new mailbox or whenever you want later on in case you choose that you'll need this feature. During the process, you will be able to consider if you prefer a backup of the e-mails to be kept on the server. This way, you'll have a backup and you'll prevent the possibility to lose an e-mail message if the forwarding is to an external address, which is temporarily inaccessible. This option can be enabled and deactivated any time, and when you use e-mail for crucial matters, it is best to use it, as no data of the e-mails are kept on the server in case the option is not active. If you determine that you don't need forwarding anymore, it will take just a mouse click to disable it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
With a semi-dedicated server plan through us, it will take just a few clicks to forward any email addresses located from the account to any third-party mailbox. It is possible to do that from the feature-rich Email Manager section of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and throughout this process you can also decide if a copy of your emails needs to be maintained on our servers or not. The last feature is optional, however rather useful because you will have a copy of your incoming messages, so whether or not anything happens with the other email address, you will not lose any info. It is easy to enable or disable the forwarding for any email address at any moment and forward the messages to a number of addresses if you want. You will also be able to check out a list of all mailboxes that will be forwarded and also exactly where the emails are being forwarded to.
