Your server will be included in our custom monitoring software system and if there’s a sign of a problem, our skilled engineers will be alerted instantaneously.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Server definitely isn’t the simplest mission on earth. You will either have to use a separate server or your desktop computer, or rely on a 3rd–party software. Our company offers a much simpler option with our Managed Services offer. We’ll create a full backup copy of your VPS once a week, so you never need to fear losing critical information. Plus, we can recover a backup very quickly. All the backups are kept on a special server with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server offers you an almost endless number of possibilities, you will often have to install additional software apps. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can comes in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services package, which enables you to call for any of our knowledgeable sysadmins to install any software app and to fix any trouble that you’re having with the VPS.

Our Managed Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It is an optional feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
